Accommodations
On-Campus Accommodations
Accommodations will be available in Ontario Hall in either semi-private or private accommodations.
Semi-Private Accommodations: Guests would share the suite and bathroom with another member from your group but have their own lockable bedroom.
Private Accommodations: Guests receive a suite to themselves with the other bedrooms locked and their own personal washroom.
Our rates include a hot buffet breakfast in the Ontario Hall Dining Room the next morning. Parking and WiFi are also included.
Off-Campus Accommodations
Our partner hotels are located in downtown London, a short 10 minute drive from campus.
Rooms will be available to book 1 year from the conference start date.
