Important information:
- Conference registration covers: (i) access to all Conference sessions; (ii) two breaks each day with food and refreshments; (iii) lunch each day; (iv) opening reception on May 20 (with cold and hot food and cash bar); (v) banquet dinner on May 22 (with cash bar with complementary tickets); and (v) field trip (space limited and provided on first come first serve basis).
- Registration fee: Regular CAD$450 and Student CAD$300.
- Additional banquet tickets are available for purchase ($90/person).
Notes:
- All submissions should use the following templates: paper template; poster template, and copyright transfer form
- The final review of Conference submissions will be completed by February 28, 2026 and authors will receive the acceptance letters. If necessary, the authors will have time for revisions by March 31, 2026.
- Access to the oral presentation slot or poster exhibition slot during the Conference necessistates the payment of the registration fee by March 31, 2026.
- The conference final program will be available by May 10, 2026. Preliminary schedule is posted here.
